Our range starts 25% above the median of those fees, because every session is matched to a credentialed professional and comes with a written plan. Fees in your local currency are confirmed with your booking.
How booking works
- Choose your session and format. Video and phone sessions are available worldwide. In-person sessions depend on where you live.
- Give two times that suit you. The form detects your time zone automatically, so the professional sees the right local time.
- We match you. A registered dietitian for anything medical, or the right specialist for sport, family or business questions.
- You get a confirmation by email or WhatsApp with the professional's name, credential, time and fee.
- Pay securely with Stripe. The confirmation email includes a single-use Stripe payment link. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see them.
- Meet, then follow up. You receive a written plan after your first session.
You can check any dietitian's registration yourself on the public register: the HCPC register in the UK, the Commission on Dietetic Registration in the US, or the College of Dietitians of Ontario in Ontario. Bookings follow our terms, and common questions are answered in the FAQ.

Who will I see?
A dietitian or nutrition professional from the DietitiansWorldwide.com network, matched to your needs. Anything medical, including diabetes, kidney disease and weight-loss medicines, goes to a registered dietitian.
Do I pay when I book?
No. You request a time here. When your session is confirmed we email a secure Stripe payment link for the agreed fee, and nothing is charged before then.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, using the single-use payment link in your confirmation email. Depending on your country, Stripe may also offer wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
Who do I contact about a booking or payment?

Can I book for my child or a family member?
Yes. Put their name and age in the notes and we match a professional who works with that age group.
Can my insurer or health system pay?
Some do, often with a doctor's referral. Our country pages explain how dietetic care is funded in each country, and the professional can give you a receipt.

More than 72 hours' notice is free; 72 hours or less costs 10% of the fee, 48 hours or less 50%, and 24 hours or less or a no-show 100%.
