About BDA Research Symposium
Whether you are presenting, exhibiting or simply walking the floor, the trip pays off when the logistics are settled early. The event is organised by British Dietetic Association; always confirm registration, programme and venue details on the official website before you book non-refundable travel[1].
Getting there and getting around
Book flights and a hotel close to Birmingham first, because rooms near large congresses fill early. Then book the car at each end in the limo booker at the bottom of this page: the airport transfer, the run between hotel and venue, and a chauffeur by the hour if you are visiting clients or suppliers in Birmingham. The fare is shown before you pay.

Make the trip count after you get home
The week after an event decides whether it paid off. Send follow-up emails while conversations are fresh, connect on your DietitiansWorldwide.com profile, and record the sessions you attended for your continuing education log. If you exhibit, list your company on the supplier directory so buyers you met can find you again.
