Getting there and getting around
Book flights and a hotel close to BIEC first, because rooms near large congresses fill early. Then book the car at each end in the limo booker at the bottom of this page: the airport transfer, the run between hotel and venue, and a chauffeur by the hour if you are visiting clients or suppliers in Bengaluru.
