About Hi & Fi Asia-China 2027
Most of the value of a trade show comes from meetings booked before you arrive. This planner puts the travel and the people in one place. The event is organised by Informa Markets; always confirm registration, programme and venue details on the official website before you book non-refundable travel[1].
Getting there and getting around
Book flights and a hotel close to NECC first, because rooms near large congresses fill early. Then book the car at each end in the limo booker at the bottom of this page: the airport transfer, the run between hotel and venue, and a chauffeur by the hour if you are visiting clients or suppliers in Shanghai. The fare is shown before you pay.
